Common Senses partnered with the Nebraska Writers Collective to host poetry workshops led by local poets Bridgit Pollpeter and Ben Wenzl, along with activist and poet Lateef McLeod.
These were generative workshops in which Lateef provided carefully curated prompts for attendees to respond to in whichever modality or method suited them best. Participants were later invited to share their work at a showcase held at the Benson Theatre.
